Mortgages - Up to $285,000.00 currently at 3.50% Variable First Mortgage or Home Equity Line of Credit.
We continue to offer 1.25% below prime which is currently 4.75% or better - when renewing see us first and see if we can do better.

Car Loans - up to $55,000.00 at .50% below prime currently at 4.75% for 2008/2009 cars - see us first and see if we can do better.
