MEMBERS SPECIAL NOTICE

At the 2000’s Annual General Meeting the membership voted and passed a by-law that increases the capital share by $5.00 per year. Currently all our members hold 13 shares at $5.00 each for a total of $65.00. Due to the changing financial environment your credit union needs to be prepared by having a solid capital foundation. We will attempt to attain this over the next several years as follows:

Your Membership Share Capital

Year 2006 - 11 shares @ $5.00=$55.00
Year 2007- 12 shares @$5.00 = $60.00
Year 2008 - 13 shares @ $5.00=$65.00
Year 2009 - 14 shares @ $5.00=$70.00
Year 2010 - 15 shares @ $5.00=$75.00
Year 2011 - 16 shares @ $5.00=$80.00
until we reach $250.00 per member
